Property Owners:

You can expect access to your accounts and bills 24/7 with full accounting done for you. You can expect that we will background check Tenants, apply diligence and select based not only on our own criteria but with care relating to the type of property and suitability to the Tenant. You will have access to our systems and almost 20 years in property management experience. 

Tenants:

You can be expected to be treated fairly and treated like a client without any prejudice. We will complete a background check on you prior to our recommendation to an owner to allow you to rent from us. You can also expect online access to rent receipts and maintenance reporting. We will treat you with respect and act accordingly if any issues should arise. Our expectations are that you would look after the rental unit, be respectful of your neighbours and pay the rent on time.
